Stéphane Amine
CEOStéphane Amine has nearly 25 years of experience in European real estate investments and syndication of funds abroad, notably in the Middle East and Canada through a REIT listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Stéphane Amine founded Inovalis in 1998. He has been instrumental in building Inovalis into one of Europe's leading private real estate investment management companies. In July 2014, Inovalis became the majority shareholder of Avenir Finance, now renamed Advenis. Mr. Amine was then appointed CEO of Advenis.
Rodolphe Manasterski
Managing DirectorRodolphe Manasterski joined the Inovalis Group in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer before his appointment as Deputy Managing Director of Advenis in 2016. Prior to that, Rodolphe was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a consulting firm specialized in change management and corporate reorganisation. He started his career as an investment banker in London. Rodolphe has over 15 years of experience in banking, financial services and real estate.
Jean François Chaury
Deputy Managing DirectorJean-François Chaury jointed Advenis Group in 2001. For several years, he contributed to developing the Private Management structure & BtoBtoC distribution partnerships. In 2016, he took over the general management of the Advenis Gestion Privée subsidiary. In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of the management company Advenis REIM which develops commercial and residential SCPIs in Europe. Jean-François benefits from more than 25 years of experience distributing financial products & services and real estate asset management for a private and institutional clientele.
